We retain the right to provide tickets as e-tickets without providing reimbursement for shipping expenses. The promoters' distribution methods change from time to time, and ticket delivery, regardless of format, takes the same amount of administration from our dispatch staff. The majority of tickets will arrive 3-10 days before the event. However, in certain cases, tickets will be distributed closer to the event's start time for security reasons.

No refunds will be given unless an event is canceled and not rescheduled. The buyer will be reimbursed if, due to unforeseen circumstances, you do not get your tickets in time for the event. The buyer is over the age of 18 and has the legal authority to make the purchase.
If an event is canceled, the buyer will get a full refund minus our booking and administrative expenses. If an artist or promoter reschedules an event, your tickets will be valid for the new date. We have no influence over what happens afterward. If a concert is canceled or postponed, we will not be responsible for the costs of travel, lodging, or any other expenditures. It is your obligation to double-check that the concert/sports event will take place before leaving. If the date is altered, we will try our utmost to notify you, but we cannot be held liable if we are unable to contact you. We highly encourage you to double-check before booking your flight and/or accommodation.
The seating charts/seating maps on the site are provided as a reference only and do not guarantee exact section and/or row placements when purchasing tickets. If a mistake is discovered during processing your purchase, you will be contacted and given the option to choose from alternative available seating options or cancel your reservation. We retain the right, at no additional charge, to upgrade your tickets. We also retain the right to downgrade in exceptional situations, in which case the buyer will be contacted to determine if the tickets are acceptable or whether a partial refund is necessary. Seating for groups of six or more will be assigned as near together as practicable. If a difficulty occurs, tickets will be distributed in pairs as near together as feasible.
